I did the usual thing and got 3 agents around to evaluate my property. One of them came back to me a few days later with a letter outlining their fees etc and some sales figures for my area. The second one didn't even get back to me during the first week. Nanette came back to me in a couple of days explaining she was putting together a package for me. 2 days later Nanette came back around with a very thorough folder full of information on selling my house including sales figures, current market, action plan etc. She was very easy to deal with and kept in touch regularly, I could tell she wanted to sell my house as much as I wanted it sold in a difficult market.Nanette earnt my listing by putting in the effort, as well as her no nonsense attitude and friendly demeanour and I would have no hesitation in recommending Nanette to anyone planning on buying or selling a property.
