How long have you worked for Plus Loans? 1 year and 6 months.
Briefly explain your role and what an average day in the office is for you? A normal day for me entails sourcing leads for prospective clients via phone, email, social media and network groups such as sales consultants from real estates. Once I have those leads I will usually meet with them for an hour to get to know them. After I have worked out their needs and objectives I can make recommendations based on their ability to borrow. Next the customer selects a lender and signs an application, which I forward to the financial institution with supporting documentation such as pay slips, bank statements etc. This is when the application process starts and eventually proceeds to settlement meaning customer gets their dream home.
Why do you love working at Plus Loans? I get to help people into homes of their own, which is really rewarding. Its a fun environment and there is also a wonderful team culture who share the same ethos.
