David has believed since he was a young boy that every problem has a solution- you just need to find the right formula. Numbers always made sense to him because they showed that with careful planning, patience, and the right approach, even complex challenges can be solved. That mindset continues to shape the way he approaches his work in the real estate industry today.

After completing his Diploma in Accounting at Curtin, David developed a sharp attention to detail and a deep appreciation for accuracy. He understands that even the smallest oversight can create significant consequences, which is why he approaches every task with thorough preparation and precision. Planning is second nature to him, and he takes pride in ensuring that every detail is considered so his clients can move forward with clarity and confidence.

His professional journey has included experience across different industries, including construction-hard yakka, as they say. That environment strengthened his work ethic and reinforced the importance of resilience, adaptability, and clear communication. Working with people from diverse backgrounds has equipped him with the ability to remain calm under pressure, adjust to changing circumstances, and stay focused on solutions.

Originally from the Philippines, David moved to Australia at the age of 19. Embracing both cultures has allowed him to connect easily with Australians and fellow Filipinos alike. He values authentic relationships and believes trust is the foundation of any successful partnership.
