Mike Palmer

Mike has worked in the real estate industry for more than 23 years. He began as the founding Licensee with the Real Estate Plus Group in Midland more than 17 years ago. Mike’s passion and focus is on Commercial and Industrial, Sales, Leasing and Management as well as both Residential and Commercial Strata Management.

In December 2015, Mike fulfilled a lifelong dream of owning his own business and purchased Real Estate Plus Commercial and Industrial with his wife Sam. With over 200 commercial properties under management we are well placed to advise both owner occupiers, developers and investors through the investment process.

Mike has combined his passion for real estate and public speaking with tremendous results as a Real Estate Auctioneer. Outside of real estate, Mike has been a Toastmaster for over 13 years and continues to be inspired by people who take steps to improve their confidence and their ability to convey their messages stories to others.

With a company philosophy of “Family and Fun” Mike aims to balance family and work life. He is the proud father of two boys and running partner to a gorgeous dog. He is relishing the challenge of running his own business and to grow the Brand of Real Estate Plus Commercial and Industrial.
